I could not have asked for a better coaching experience with Macros Inc. Krista was a perfect match for me. While I had tracked macros for a couple years, she really opened my eyes to new ideas and concepts and supported me through what ended up being an insanely busy and stressful six months of my life. While I did lose a few pounds, my biggest take aways were the changes in my approach to tracking and eventually moving into maintenance, and feeling confident in my choices whether tracking or not. She was always understanding, motivating, and supportive. I am so sad I cannot continue coaching at this time, because I truly loved working with her!
