My coaching experience was exceptional. I was hesitant about signing up for coaching, but I had to loose pandemic weight, so I decided to give it a shot after joining the Facebook page, and boy am I happy I did. Tina is an A+ coach who guided me from day 1 with understanding and amazing knowledge. She was always there when I needed her, and I loved her midweek videos of encouragement.
