I really gained a lot from my coach and the FaceBook groups. They have kept me thinking positively about being healthy and helped get me back on track from being in a rut. Oscar, my coach, is like my personal cheer leader! He was so consistent about checking in on me if he hadn’t heard from me. Helped me understand that 1day of blowing my macros wasn’t the end of the world and today is a new day. Very positive experience. I lost 7# so far and o feel fantastic!
