My first coach was greatand I did well. My second wasn't the best fit as I was struggling and I wasn't able to provide him with the answers when he told me needed more information over and over again.
Lost no weight over the six month program. I was so disheartened toward the end I ghosted the entire thing. Very surprised the last coach reached out recently to try and get me to sign up during a recent sale.
