I had a great coaching experience. I connected with my coach and she was the right amount of push when I needed it or support when I just needed to get through life. I had a lot going on the last year between vacations and crazy work schedules and I was still able to lose weight, albeit slower than most people. I am hopeful that what Coach Corey taught me over the last year will help me be successful going forward with a new outlook on eating and maintain the loss I achieved.
