Absolutely have been loving my time with Taylor H. so far!! She is very knowledgeable, helps me push through mental blocks, encourages my choices and challenges me to step out of my comfort zone!! After growing and feeding babies with my body for the last 7 years, there’s some sneaky mental shifts that were blocking me. I’ve been happy with my results! Every decision she’s made in how/why I stay where I am, or move forward as far as macro goals, is backed with knowledge to make sure it’s safely done. Excited to see my continuing progress!!!!
