My coach was Sara and she has been amazing since the beginning. I was looking to get the fundamentals of tacking and Sara provided some great tips and supported me in the early day as the logging and was taking awhile. Once I got the hang of it she continues to help me stay accountable in my check-ins providing additional tips for life events. She has truly been an inspiration and kept showing me the positive just when I felt I was not seeing results. The one thing that I take away for this experience is what Sara kept saying to me, the scale is just another data point to help you and I should not just focus on one number.
