Steve was great at checking in and holding me accountable, which is what I really needed. I got a coach because I lost 40lb on my own (using the macros inc Fb page) but needed assistance for the last 10-15. I’m a mom and also work full time; I realized I needed a bit more to get to where I wanted. I ended up losing 24, which is more than expected. I highly recommend coaching for this purpose and I have sent quite a few friends to the Fb page!
