Coach Eugene has been brilliant at putting my mind at ease about this journey. He’s helped me to not be so hard on myself, to look at the bigger picture but to also put the work in to get results. I am so happy with my nutrition and how best to manage it. If I’ve come across a bit of a bump in the road, Eugene has always set me straight, given me resources and info supporting reasons why which has helped me get my head around things. Sadly I have to go it alone after just three months and I’m sad about that. I hope to return for the complete coaching experience soon in the future. For now, I have the tools to keep going as I am.
