Coach Mike is the absolute best and if you're looking for a coach who is insanely knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness, kind, and tough but fair then he's your guy! The whole experience has made me rethink my relationship with food and exercise in the best possible way and provided the necessary tools to keep me on track. I couldn't be happier with Coach Mike and the entire MacrosInc experience.
