Back in December, I wanted something to change and turned to coaching during this time. The thought was just too exciting to pass up and I was ready to invest in myself. They give you a detailed questionnaire to fill out and I’m not too sure how they did it, but I was paired with the perfect coach! Alex has been so kind in helping me perfect my approach to nutrition and macros, but I am particularly overjoyed that he introduced me to training. I was definitely lost on that part and he helped me navigate that territory through a cultivation of his knowledge, experience, and advice. I gained so much confidence during this time and I really do love lifting now! Coaching has been worth it to me because I have been set up with these essential life skills and I’m incredibly grateful for that.
