Robin has been there just for simple conversations and allows me to vent but never browbeats me on anything, I have actually asked her to be tougher but she even backed off and explained the whys and why nots of taking it up a notch. So much would have to change, namely me. Its been a great and kind and supportive experience. I think of coaches that are on TV and I cringe now to even hear the voice of Jillian. As a female who was rarely yelled at, I would clam up and never respond to harshness. Shes been great.
