My experience with my coach, Brittany, has been GREAT so far. She offers great feedback and sends me science-based articles to back it up. She encourages me when I don't do as well as I would like and I know I can rely on her to provide help when navigating around the periodic "fun foods" dilemma we all face at times. She has a great sense of humor and personality and I enjoy interacting with her.
