From the start, my coach, Brenda was knowledgeable, interested in me as a whole person, and so very helpful. She always listened to me and offered options to meet my needs and lifestyle. She never ever gave me a "canned" response. She was approachable and responsive to my questions and concerns. She wanted me to be successful and offered research-supported articles when I had questions or needed more information. She has been the very best coach I could hope for!
