My experience has been life-changing. I signed up in March and cried to Kyle in my first call with him because I was so unhappy and nothing was working. I'm getting married on August 5th and just wanted to feel confident at my wedding. Since then, I've lost 24 pounds so far and feel SO good. During my time with Kyle, I also got a breast reduction and he coached me through maintenance macros and kept me motivated while I couldn't get my steps in and kept my eye on the prize. I jumped right back in as soon as I was cleared to walk again and work out. I'm happy to say that I didn't gain any weight through my recovery. Kyle was the best coach ever and taught me so much, and now I'm to the point where after my wedding I'm confident I can continue tracking in the app on my own with all the tools he has provided me.
