My coaching experience has been hands-down, the best decision I’ve made!! My sister originally suggested I try this program, and I am so incredibly grateful for her to have recommended it. I have always had fluctuating weight, and finally looked at myself in the mirror and didn’t like what I saw. I started this program December 31, 2022 at 213lbs, and am now 171lbs. Danielle, my coach, has been absolutely integral to this plan and has shown me a lot about my eating habits and my triggers, and how to accept that every day will not be perfect but if you continue on and try the next day, and keep going, you will see results with time. She has given me a healthier outlook on food and eating habits, as I am usually a stress eater. The chat function on the macros app is super convenient as well! When I’m feeling low about something, or when I’m feeling really great about some thing - sharing that with Danielle has been a great experience and I can’t say enough amazing things about her and this program!
