My coaching experience was very positive, despite my own lack of commitment to the process. My coach, Colin, is a wonderful coach who didn’t give up on me, even after I gave up on myself. He provided sound advice about nutrition and health, which I can incorporate into my everyday life going forward. Colin made himself very accessible and I felt very comfortable reaching out with a concern or question.
I would definitely consider signing up again when the time is right for me.
