Best decision I ever made for myself was getting a Macros Inc. Coach. I am a completely different person and I am now who I have always wanted to be. The support, knowledge, empathy, and challenges that I received from my coach molded me into the healthy and strong woman I am two years later. I have a healthy relationship with not only food but fitness, and honestly all of the dimensions of wellness. I am no longer striving to be the person I've always wanted to be; because I AM that person. I could NOT have made it this far without my coach - my backbone to it all.
