Having a coach at Macros Inc was the best decision for my goals, I was trying and learning by myself but I noticed I didn’t get the results I was looking for. My coach is amazing, she supports me and guide me when I have questions and doubts, she is there to help me reach my goals. I have done amazing for the past 8 months, the app is better than any other to track macros, it may take some practice to get use to it but it works. The client has to put all the efforts to make it happen, coaches are there to guide you and help you to learn what you need to do when you finally decided to go on your own. I’m planning in renewing with complete coaching (nutrition and training) because I want to build some muscle and I know it works! If you are in doubt, go for it, in my opinion it has been money well spent.
