Ally has been a great motivator for me. I love the accountability and great advice she’s given me. I started this during summer which is typically not the easiest time to lose weight and she has been there every step of the way! I always thought Macros would be hard and now I’m kicking myself for not doing it 10yrs ago!! Ally is the best!!
