I started coaching in December of 2021. I have had 2 coaches at Macros Inc. I believe my first coach was let go due to not living up to the standards expected of Macros Inc. coaching staff. So, even though I had to switch coaches abruptly it worked out excellent! My new coach and I mesh very well and he has been amazingly supportive! I can tell he genuinely cares, is passionate about what he does, and has extensive knowledge of both nutrition and training. I think the mosh refreshing thing is that my coach and all the coaches at Macros Inc. seem to understand that we are all human and life happens. Instead of being shamed for going off course they help find a work around or compromise that enables you to enjoy life while still working towards your goals.
