I've lost about ten pounds since I started six weeks ago. My coach, Rachel, is awesome! She is encouraging, but she also challenges me. In the past, I've lost weight much quicker than I am now, but I would gain some of it back - slowly. I'm vegan, but vegan food has calories too. What I needed was someone to teach me about proper nutrition. I discovered I was only getting 1/4 of the protein I need daily. Now, I don't feel hungry even at a moderate deficient, and my relationship with food has changed! Thank you!
