Keisha is the best! She knows when to call me out and she knows how to motivate and encourage me. Without her I wouldn’t be where I am today. Still working on my struggles but I’ve learned so much and am in a much better place than I started. Happy to have been paired with her. I didn’t start out with a whole lot to lose weight wise, but I needed to reign in my terrible eating/drinking habits. It’s a process but my coach has definitely helped me.
