My goal is to build some muscle and strength. I've always been "skinny fat" and I was no longer happy with that, so decided to start lifting weights in 2021. I used a YouTube trainer until signing up for complete coaching at the end of May earlier this year. It's been a very different style of training than what I was doing, but I'm seeing more definition since starting with Jenny. Looking forward to what the next 6 months bring!
