Colin was perfect for what I needed. He was always very responsive, encouraging and knowledgeable. I have a long history of weightlifting and even competed in figure and physique years ago, but never completely grasped the macros and nutritional aspects well. Colin was able to help me make sense of it all, and now I feel like I can manage the whole package much better than ever before.
