My experience with my Macros Inc Coach has been nothing short of amazing. Her and I are a perfect fit. I honestly thought I knew a lot about fitness, but quickly realized how much I didn’t know when I started with my Coach. She got me on the right track with my macros and helped me understand the importance of progressive overload. I initially signed up for both nutrition and weight training to help with fat loss. I plan to continue for another round and transition to muscle building. This has been a great experience. I’m thankful I found Macros Inc!!!
