Rachel has been so supportive and kind but yet holds me accountable, which I need. She adapts to my needs easily and ideally, making this process very workable. I am so thrilled with the weight I am at (lowest since my 20's) and my strength. I have been maintaining this weight through many challenges thanks to Rachel.
