I have so much appreciation for the structure of regular check ins, chats, and video communication! I so appreciate my coach Catharine. As a busy mom of two young children, tracking felt like such a burden at first. Repetition, practice, the community and feedback from my coach helped the practice to fit into my lifestyle and make it a “new normal.” I love the approach to flexibility and as much consistency as possible.
