I’ve tried Noom.com, my fitness pal, a gym nutritionist and just doing it on my own, but with Micros I’ve truly learned. I’ve had issues with eating too much eating too little and not having a good relationship with food in general. I’d over eat with my highs and lows in emotions, I’d under eat with guilt the next day. This not only results in little progress in weight loss, but also no mental growth. With Micros Coach I’ve learned how to manage my calories in a way that I now know when I’m eating and triggered by emotions, when I’m ok to enjoy a meal with my boyfriend and when it’s ok to say no. Before Micros I didn’t say no because I now know I lean into pleasing others instead of taking care of my goals and staying on track. With micros I no longer feel guilt if I say no to fast food, or a drink at the bar. I stick to my goals and have lost 11 lbs. I own my journey and don’t feel as discouraged if I gain a pound or two then go back down.
