Jenny Evans is my amazing coach! Jenny is much more than a nutrition/endurance coach, she is a life coach. Losing weight, for me, is much more than eating in a deficit. Jenny has helped me create a healthy relationship with food and with myself. She encourages me, she supports me, and she kicks me in the a$$ when I need it. She provides the science behind the why with food choices and, she gives me resources to learn from. I feel like she has become a friend that I can lean on! I am blessed that Jenny is my coach!
