My main reason for getting coaching was to switch off my executive function for a while. I tend to overthink and change things at the slightest setback, and having external oversight helps get me on track even after coaching. The coach gives me the number, and I just dial them in, no thought required. And I must say this worked well with Macros.inc. I lost around 9kg and about 6cm from my waist. With regards to the before and after photos posted, the lighting is very different which can't be helped, and the posture in the after photo is more dynamic, but I think the difference in waist size can be seen.
