I joined Macros Inc over 1 year ago, to lose weight,to feel healthier, and to turn around my pre-diabetes status at that time. I was paired with Coach Anna Pannarello, and am forever thankful and grateful for this!! Her encouragement, tips and accountability has been tremendous for me! As of this writing today, I have lost a total of 30 lbs(and have kept it off all while life struggles continued to happen), lost a total of 31.2 inches, decreased my A1c from 6.6 to 5.8 and increased my health amd self esteem greatly!!!! I can't say enough about my Coach Anna or Macros Inc.!!! I will continue to work with my Coach Anna and get to my goal weight, which I now have the confidence to do!!
