Tessa Codina is an amazing coach! In my experience, she is incredibly responsive and works hard to adapt to meeting the client where they are. I nearly always heard back same day. She blended feedback through messaging and video so it felt more personalized. Even when I was off track and/or felt I wasn’t meeting my goals, Tessa found ways to give me tough love along with ideas for how to overcome obstacles. She is everything I wanted in a coach and I highly recommend individuals choosing her if you get the chance. You won’t regret it!
