Coach Lara Bova has been a life changer for me. When I started macros I was clueless on how to even log food let alone macros. And to boot I was leaving on a 3 week European vacation shortly after starting. Eat the foods and enjoy your vacation said Lara. And I did but mindfully. That was the 1st of many life milestones. Without Lara I would certainly have thrown in the tile. Her suggestions and allowing me to be enough kept me going. She recognized my crazy lifestyle and kept suggesting how to maneuver through it.
