Having tried so many different things, I am so surprised I actually signed up for coaching. I honestly thought “here goes more wasted time and money”. I have never been more wrong in my life. Not only has Macros Inc been a life changer, but I have honestly, never felt better. My relationship with food has evolved into a healthy one. I am more in tune with what my body needs. After 6 months, I am already in the best shape out of the last 20 years of my life. Most of my progress came from just 6 months with Coach T @ Macros Inc.
