Tessa has been very involved and engaged even when I was definitely not. I tried to give up and Tessa wouldn’t let me! She helped encourage me to get back to tracking macros and going back to the gym by helping me to celebrate every seemingly small win and really emphasizing how that 1% improvement each day really stacks up. I’ve learnt so much and really reframed my mindset about my health!
