Conner is hands down the best coach. Extremely knowledgeable, and expert in the field for sure. It was fun bouncing ideas back and forth as he alway brought experience and science in to the conversation which helped make the best decisions for me. Even on the worst day of my life and the days to follow when my brother passed he always seemed to have the best things to say and their was no pressure but the things he did say helped me to continue to make the best choices. I will always keep all the knowledge that I have learned from Conner close so that I will continue to make the best and healthiest future for me. My goal was healthy and strong, physically and mentally I met this because I gave myself 100% more than I didn’t because of Conner. Thank you.
