I've been here only a few months with this coach, and let me just say she is beyond amazing!!! Her knowledge is incredible and I can genuinely FEEL how much she cares about me! It's not just a weekly check in. She asks so many questions and pulls so much out of me that I didn't even know was happening! She checks on me when she knows I might be struggling a bit. We're trying new things in the gym as well. I'm with her for the next year (and possibly beyond) so I'm ecstatic to see where I end up. My goal now is weight loss (down 14# in last 2 months - whoop whoop) then we'll move to a build and am so confident in her abilities!! I could go on and on about my incredible coach and the MI team. I PROMISE you, you WONT be sorry you took the leap!! Get after it!!
