Viktorija was my coach and she was amazing. She was always there for me when I needed and for whatever I needed her for whether that was meal ideas, encouragement, or just to talk about my goals and what I could do different to teach them. She was always sending me information to help me along the way no matter my situation and helped me to lose 30 pounds! If it were not for me having a third baby soon I know I would still be using coaching with her and losing even more. I can’t wait to return and add workouts in as well when I do. I have made some lifestyle changes throughout my coaching that will help me in the future and after baby before I can return to coaching and I am confident in that. If you’re on the fence about coaching just take the leap and do it, you will not regret it.
