Coaching has been such a wonderful and helpful experience for me over the last couple of years! Taylor has been a pleasure to work with. She has been such a great support system and sounding board in terms of helping me through challenging times as well as providing me with thoughtful and meaningful feedback. Through working with Taylor I have learned different strategies with regards to my nutrition and overall wellness. She is has helped me realize my full potential as well as understand that I am so much more capable and strong than I have ever given myself credit for! Coaching, in general, is such a beneficial practice. Even if you think you might not need support or you’re doing OK coasting through, it’s nice every now and then to check in and see if any improvements can be made to feel your best! Although I have “graduated” I’m so happy to know I can jump back in and work with Taylor again whenever I need or want!
