About a year ago I made the decision to sign up for nutrition coaching on the black Friday deal. I chose the one year commitment. I didn't know it at the time that this decision would change my life! I am now the healthiest and happiest I have been in a long time. I am down 50 pounds, I did lose about 10 pounds prior to signing up. I am about 4 sizes smaller, wearing pant sizes I haven't worn since maybe junior high! I wake up happy with zero regrets! I gave up alcohol in this journey and couldn't be happier! I am working on getting my CPT and CNC certifications now! Absolutely the BEST decision I could have made for myself!
