So far I think this has been exactly what I needed. I consistently work out but have never been able to sustain a cut. I would fail over and over. And even now when I miss the mark I still have some routing for me and encouraging me it’s ok and to just get back on track. It’s making all the difference to keep progressing. And not give up. I was amazing after the first month I finally realized I can do it!
