My coach has been phenomenal! She is full of so much wisdom and has taught me so much, especially when it comes to my mindset. I’m down 16 lbs and this is the first holiday season in YEARS that I’ve stayed on track and didn’t throw in the towel. Coaching and the accountability was just what I needed.
