I have had nothing but a fabulous, stupendous, exciting, and compassionate experience from my coach, Colt Sainas. He has been my biggest cheerleader in the last 1 1/2 years. He is knowledgeable and experienced in his field by far! I can reach out to Colt any day or time of the week and he's always available to answer even my smallest concerns or questions! I've hit my goal weight of losing the weight, and now I'm on the journey to build muscle ! I'm excited for every week of working out and having Colt in my corner is a huge plus!
