My coach Colt is wonderful. He is very helpful when he can. The issues I have w training is mostly the app. It’s not easy to see progression. You always have to go back and see what you have done last time and then you have to scroll all the way to the beginning to see where you have started. I still don’t feel that I know exactly what I am doing I have been part of the program since April.
