My coaching experience with Barbara has been more than I could have asked for. I admit, I had my doubts that Barbara - or any coach, for that matter - could help me achieve my goals and take them to another level. I’m pretty disciplined on my own and proud of what I accomplished in the past. But I didn’t realize how much I had been struggling and living in a vicious cycle - making progress, experiencing setbacks - until I got connected to Barbara.
