Tessa is absolutely amazing. I came to Macros Inc 3 years ago when I was at a complete loss when it came to weight loss. Tessa helped me successfully lose 30 pounds. She saw me through many bulk and cut phases. She encouraged me when I decided I wanted to become a coach myself- she helped me and encouraged me through the personal trainer/nutrition coach certification process and helped me/cheered me on through gaining my own clientele. Then about a year ago when I decided to pursue bodybuilding, she coached me through a bikini competition. I am so so grateful for Tessa and for Macros Inc.
