My coaching experience with macros inc has been a great experience. I have never had a coach before and for this being my first time, I'm very impressed. My coach has helped me look at food in a different perspective. She has also helped me maneuver social gatherings which I tend to have a lot of! I've learned a lot during this journey that I can take with me after coaching is no longer needed. I'm very thankful for my coach and macros inc for helping me reach my goals.
