Andrew has been the perfect coach! I went in with no expectations but knew I wanted someone to guide me and not sugarcoat, he does exactly that and more. He’s very encouraging, pushes forward when you mess up and brings you back to reality when you’re feeling like you’re not seeing results fast enough. He also has helped tremendously with me dealing with situations when you can’t get macros or weigh out food.
