I started with my Macros Inc. coach, Amber, October 2021. I was freshly divorced and figuring out what a psoriatic arthritis diagnosis meant. I had been watching the page and playing with tracking for about ten months before I decided to take the plunge and sign up. Amber has been an incredible support through all my crazy life changes! The weekly check-ins keep me accountable because I really look forward to Amber's feedback. She answers every seemingly silly question I have and sends me lots of visual resources knowing i'm a visual learner. I've seen incredible gym gains and have found the right meds for my PSA.
